Terms and Conditions of the Ukelele Gastro Club

It’s important that you carefully review our Terms and Conditions before playing

This initiative has been implemented by Lynxys Tech Environment SLU, which disclaims any responsibility regarding the distribution of prizes or any other legal matters arising from this promotion.
The bet is made and managed by Kuikawa Restaurantes SL, the parent company of Ukelele Gastro Lounge.

Only one bet is placed each Friday, shared among all participants.
Participation is exclusively for the Euromillions jackpot . If the first prize is not won, there will be no prize distribution.
The bet is purchased in the name of Guillermo Martín Villaverde, manager of Kuikawa Restaurantes SL, who undertakes to distribute the first prize among the participants in proportion to their entries.
Kuikawa Restaurantes SL will always have 20 entries in each draw for being the organizer and manager of the promotion. These entries will be included in the total number of entries distributed among the players.

Entries close every Thursday at 00:00.
Any entries registered on Friday will count for the following week’s draw.
To validate participation, it is mandatory to follow the confirmation steps indicated in the email received after registration.

In case of winning the Euromillions jackpot, the company will contact the winners by email and phone within 2 weeks.
If any winner cannot be reached within that time, it will be the participant’s responsibility to claim their prize by directly contacting the restaurant.

The company will not be responsible if, for reasons beyond its control, the bet is not placed correctly.
This promotion may be canceled or modified at any time, and the announcement on the website will not create an obligation to carry it out.

By registering, the user agrees to receive commercial communications from Ukelele Gastro Lounge and only from Ukelele Gastro Lounge.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties and will be processed according to the current data protection law.

Kuikawa Restaurantes SL reserves the right to modify, expand, or restrict the conditions of this promotion at any time, always informing participants through official channels.

To participate in the draw, it is mandatory for the participant to have left a eview about their experience at Ukelele Gastro Lounge before the draw takes place.
The review must have been published on Google, Tripadvisor, or social media, and the participant must have shown it to the waiter at the time of registration.
If this requirement is not met, participation in the draw will not be valid.
